(Board Positions are nominated in April, 2019 and voted on in May, 2019)
PRESIDENT (1 POSITION OPEN) - The President shall preside at all general and Executive Board meetings, shall be the official spokesperson for the organization, and shall act as liaison to the administration of both GNHS and District 127.
TREASURER (1 POSITION OPEN) - The Treasurer shall receive all the money or proofs of deposit of the organization and keep all of the necessary financial records. The Treasurer shall give an accounting of the monies at general meetings. The Treasurer shall issue checks for all purchases/requests that have been budgeted for and/or approved by the organization.
LEAD CONCESSION COORDINATOR (1 POSITION) - The Lead Concession Coordinator shall be a Certified Food Manager with license and the ability to train all Concession Coordinator(s). The Lead Concession Coordinator shall be responsible for the purchasing and ordering of all food, beverages, supplies, and equipment within the budget for all concession stands.
CONCESSION COORDINATOR(S) (2 POSITIONS OPEN) - The Concession Coordinator(s) shall go through training and understand the responsibilities to run the stands. The Concession Coordinator(s) will equally work as "leads" in running the stand throughout the year and assist the Lead Coordinator as needed.
SPIRIT WEAR COORDINATOR(S) (2 POSITIONS OPEN) - The Spirit Wear Coordinator(s) shall present options to the board for approval of merchandise to be purchased. He/she shall be responsible for ordering within the budget, pricing, selling, and inventory of spirit wear merchandise. He/she shall be responsible for keeping inventory, an accounting of sales and purchases, and submit approved invoices to the treasurer for payment.
FUNDRAISING/SPECIAL EVENTS (2 POSITIONS OPEN) - The Fundraising/Special Events Coordinator shall be responsible for the organizing the annual fundraiser. He/she shall be responsible for procuring the site, creating a theme, promoting the event, collecting sponsorships and donations for the raffles and silent auction. He/she shall be responsible to create a committee to help organize and run the event(s).
VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR(S) (1 POSITION OPEN) - The Volunteer Coordinator(s) shall be responsible for creating and working with the AD to create the schedule needs for volunteers for the year. The Volunteer Coordinator(s) will work with the recruited Team parents to fill the volunteer shifts. He/she will provide an updated schedules and list of volunteers to the concession coordinators, AD, and board as needed.
